Welcome back to our Term 4 blog, it's so good to have you here with us!
We're all a bit tired today as we had such a ball yesterday, running, hopping and jumping about at the school athletics. The three legged race, egg and spoon, lily pad jumping and the sack race were firm favourites.
However, today has been super fine aswell because after Writing this morning, we had Te Reo where we learnt to ask how someone was and to answer. Kei te pehea koe? (How are you?)
Kei te hiamoe ahau. (I am sleepy.)
Kei te koa au. (I am happy.)
Kei te hiakai au. (I am hungry.)
We also learnt to ask where someone was from and to answer.
No whea koe? (Where are you from?)
No Te-Whanganui-a-Tara ahau. (I'm from Wellington.)
No Haina ahau. (I'm from China.)
After morning tea we had our first session of Choosing Thursday - our electives, an in a minute we're heading out again for Kapa Haka! Whew, we sure needed our milk today!
