Hi everyone,
It's been a little while since we last wrote as we have been so busy with the production. We loved seeing the other syndicate's performances too, especially The Machine Stops, from the Senior Syndicate. We liked the bit where Tane came along and did a hand shake and when the humans said "the machines have totally stopped". The Middle Syndicate did a fab job too, with their performance The Battle Of The Mountains. We liked the taniwha's and the really colourfully painted mountain hats.
But of course we loved our performance the best! Old McDonald and his musical farm were a firm hit, as were Tom Tom and his little piglets, and of course the wonderful skippers. You guys rocked!
Something you may not know is that out of the entire Junior Syndicate, Rosa Stanley's picture of Humpty Dumpty was chosen to be on the front cover of our Production programme.
That's all for now, we will be putting on more writing from next week onwards, so keep an eye out and don't forget to put on a comment. I've asked the IT people why some comments haven't come through (I publish all the comments that do come through), and apparently its because the correct process isn't being followed. You must push 'publish' at the end.
Thanks for reading our blog, we appreciate it!

Our Olympic Presentations
Hi everyone,
Today the people who were judged the winners from Room 8 presented their facts about the olympics in assembly. Emily introduced the item superbly, and William held the microphone for everyone fantastically. The speakers themselves, were utterly amazing. They were so outstanding, that Mr McGimpsy said how impressed he was with them. So well done Jacob, Rosa, Caitlin, Emily and William. You showed tremendous confidence. We are all proud of you!
